Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This policy explains what ToolMorph (toolmorph.in) collects, what it does not, and how optional analytics and AI features work. It is written for real use of this site — not as a placeholder template.

Summary

  • ToolMorph does not require accounts. There is no signup, no subscription, and no payments.
  • There is no user-account database.
  • Most tools run entirely in your browser and process input on your device.
  • Google Analytics is used to understand traffic. Google Search Console is used for search performance.
  • Some ToolMorph Labs features use DeepSeek AI. Certain uploads (for example Resume Review) are processed temporarily and discarded afterward.
  • There are no advertisements on the site at this time. There is no newsletter and no marketing email list.

Information we collect

Because ToolMorph does not offer user accounts, we do not collect names, passwords, billing details, or profile data for registration.

We may receive or process the following categories of information:

  • Analytics data — when Google Analytics is active, technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type, referral source, and similar usage metrics.
  • Contact messages — if you email us or submit the contact / feature-suggestion form, we receive the content you send and the email address you provide so we can reply.
  • Temporary Lab inputs — for AI-powered Labs or file-based features, the text or files you submit are sent for processing as described below.
  • Server logs — like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log IP addresses, timestamps, and request metadata for security and reliability.

How analytics works

ToolMorph uses Google Analytics to measure how the site is used — for example which tools are popular and whether pages are working as expected. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish sessions and aggregate traffic.

We do not claim that ToolMorph uses zero cookies. Analytics technologies can set or read cookies depending on your browser settings and Google's implementation.

We also use Google Search Console to monitor how pages appear in Google Search. Search Console is a webmaster tool; it does not require you to create an account on ToolMorph.

You can limit analytics through browser settings, extensions, or Google's own controls. For Google's practices, see the Google Privacy Policy.

AI processing

Some ToolMorph Labs features use artificial intelligence. The current AI provider is DeepSeek. When you use an AI Lab, the prompts or content you submit may be sent to DeepSeek to generate a response.

AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for informational or entertainment purposes and should not replace professional advice. Learn more on our AI Transparency page.

File uploads

Certain features — such as Resume Review in Labs — allow you to upload a file for analysis. Uploaded files are processed temporarily to produce a result and are not permanently stored as a user library or long-term archive.

After processing completes, uploaded files are discarded. Do not upload documents you are not authorized to process, and avoid including sensitive secrets you would not share with a processing service.

Browser-first tools

Most developer tools on ToolMorph (for example Base64 encode/decode, JWT payload inspection, JSON formatting, and similar utilities) are designed to run in your browser. In those cases, your input typically never leaves your device for the core conversion or inspection step.

If a specific tool needs a network request, the page will make that clear through its normal behavior (for example calling an API). When in doubt, you can also inspect network activity in your browser developer tools.

Data retention

  • We do not keep a database of user accounts.
  • Uploaded files for temporary processing are discarded after processing.
  • Contact and feature-suggestion emails are retained only as needed to respond and improve the product.
  • Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics retention settings configured for the property.
  • Hosting/server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's defaults and operational needs.

Third-party services

Depending on the feature you use, the following third parties may process data:

  • Google Analytics — site usage measurement.
  • Google Search Console — search indexing and performance insights for the site owner.
  • DeepSeek — AI responses for certain Labs.
  • Hosting / email delivery providers — to serve the website and, when configured, to deliver contact form messages.

ToolMorph does not use Cloudinary or Twilio. We do not operate a marketing newsletter. There are no advertisements on the site at the time this policy was last updated.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not require signup to use the tools.
  • We do not process payments or store payment card data.
  • We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
  • We do not permanently store uploaded resumes or similar files as a searchable archive.

Children's privacy

ToolMorph is a general-audience developer and productivity site. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a contact form or similar channel, contact us and we will delete it when we become aware of it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a small independent site — including HTTPS, careful handling of API keys on the server, and limiting what we store. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please use the tools responsibly and avoid pasting secrets into any online tool unless you understand where the data goes.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when the product changes — for example if advertising, new AI providers, or new data practices are introduced. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ToolMorph after an update means you should review the revised policy.
